1. It is pointed out that the subject matter of the petition is located in the jurisdiction of the State of Assam and an order has already been passed by the High Court of Gauhati on an application filed by the Respondents under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, which has been continued by the District Judge at Dhemaji, Assam and which interim order continues.

2. In that view of the matter, the question of passing any interim order by this Court in relation to the same subject matter does not arise.

3. The petition is dismissed.
