W.P.(C) 6519/2016 and CM No. 26676/2016 Petitioner is stated to be vending at NR Post Office, 2nd Avenue Road, Jor Bagh, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. His apprehension is that he will be removed from the site by the respondents. His further submission is that he may be granted regular tehbazari right. On advance notice counsel for respondent no. 1 has put in appearance. It is submitted that the TVC has been constituted qua respondent no. 1. Counsel for the petitioner on this count submits that he has adequate protection under section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act,

2014.

This petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC.
