% 23.04.2018 Vide order dated 07.12.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial), this matter was transferred to the East District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015.

Now this case has been received back from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-4 (East District) vide order dated 10.04.2018 through the learned District and Sessisons Judge (East District) on the ground of the lack of territorial jurisdiction since the property is situated in the area of Gandhi Nagar which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District. This order was dictated in the presence of counsel for the plaintiff. Today no one appears on behalf of the parties. Accordingly, Registry to transmit the record of the matter to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge (Shahdara District) for 1st May, 2018. (J.
