The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.472/2016 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at PS Ranhola. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2016. The prosecutrix aged around 22 years and the petitioner were acquainted with each other since long. They met sever times. Physical relations BAIL APPLN. 1507/2016

took place between the two several times albeit on the alleged promise to marry.

When the marriage between the two did not happen the instant FIR was lodged.

The petitioner has placed on record the photocopy of letter dated 11.06.2016 (page 30) written by the prosecutrix to the concerned SHO expressing her intention not to initiate any proceedings against the petitioner. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
