% 11.01.2017 This writ petition is directed against the failure of the respondents to release the family pension/additional family pension to the petitioner with arrears w.e.f. 24.09.2012. Mr. Jagjit Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner is entitled to pension and her pension shall be released as soon as the Pension Payment Order is forwarded by the Punjab National Bank to Senior DFM, Northern Railway, Delhi Division, New Delhi. In spite of notice, no one has appeared on behalf of the Punjab National Bank.

This writ petition is disposed of by directing the Punjab National Bank to immediately forward the PPO to the Senior DFM, Northern Railway, Delhi Division, New Delhi within one week from date, if the same has not already been done. Even if the PPO has already been forwarded, a duplicate PPO shall be forwarded to the DFM, Northern Railway, Delhi Division, considering the submission of Mr. Jagjit Singh that the PPO has not been received. The pension shall be released within two weeks from the date of receipt of the PPO.
The writ petition is disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
