O R D E R

% 13.12.2018 The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. In terms thereof, the respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs. 8,65,508/- to the counsel for the petitioner. The counsel for the respondent, on instructions, undertakes that the said cheque will be duly honoured upon presentation.

Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that another cheque of Rs. 8,65,508/- shall be given to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all claims of the petitioner on or before 13.01.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the terms of the settlement.

Recording the above undertaking and binding the respondent to the same, petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case there is a default by the respondent. NAVIN CHAWLA, J DECEMBER 13, 2018/sk
