% 10.02.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has instructions to withdraw the captioned petition in view of the fact that entire payment has been received from the respondent company.

It may be noted that in CP 464/2014, which is listed as item no.21, today, this court, has adverted to certain directions issued, relating to investigation of the affairs of the respondent company. Therefore, for the moment, the prayer made for withdrawing the captioned petition is allowed, with a caveat that in case the petitioner's assistance is required, upon issuance of notice by this court, the petitioner will make itself available via a duly authorized person.
