% 27.09.2016 The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that no industrial dispute has been raised and that the petitioner has failed to show how he has been adversely affected by any action or inaction on behalf of the respondent corporation.
The petitioner seeks the implementation of the tripartite agreement dated 9th November, 2011. He claims to have made representations to the Management on various dates including letters dated 23.01.2015, 27.05.2015, 14.12.2015 and 04.02.2016, however, and there has been no response from the management in this regard.
In the circumstances, the management shall treat this petition as a representation and if it deems necessary, it shall hold consultations with the petitioners and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from today. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. Nothing in this order
