This application has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.14/claimants seeking release of balance 20% of the amount deposited by appellant before the Registrar General of this Court. 2.

By order dated 29th November 2013, this Court had directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with the Registrar General and directed release of 80% of the awarded amount to respondent nos.1-4. 3.

On 22nd May 2025, due to default in appearance of appellant, the appeal was dismissed in default for non-prosecution. 4.

In this context, this application has been filed seeking release of the balance 20% amount.
