The settlement agreement dated 5.12.2017 satisfies the requirement of Order 23 Rule 3 CPC. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 5.12.2017 and the terms of which will form a decree between the parties. Suit is accordingly decreed in terms of the settlement agreement, leaving parties to bear their own costs.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
