% 18.04.2016 After some arguments, it has been agreed that the petition is not pressed on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions from his client (present in Court) submits that the trial be expedited. This Court notes that the impugned order is dated 20.8.2014 and since there was a stay by the High Court there has been no progress in the Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will have only two witnesses to be examined. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent/tenant states that there will be two witnesses to be examined by him. In this background, learned Trial Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of ten months from 25.4.2016 (the date fixed before the Trial Court).

Parties are directed to appear before the ARC on the date fixed i.e. 25.4.2016.
