M.A. 539/2019 (Modification of Order dated 11.10.2018) Vide order dated 11.10.2018, it was directed that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. It is pointed out that charge-sheet has been filed. Accordingly, it is clarified that petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Application is disposed of with the above observations. Dasti.
