CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA

O R D E R

% 24.04.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the district forum in not passing the order on the petition filed by the petitioner. It is contended that the orders have been reserved since June 2016 and the final order has not been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the State Commission inter alia under Section 17(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
