O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 After certain negotiations both the parties have agreed to settle the dispute for a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- over and above the award, payable by the insurance company to the appellant/claimant, in the appeal for enhancement preferred, towards full and final settlement. The insurance company shall deposit Rs.3,50,000/- within 30 days before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be payable from the date of default. The amount so deposited, shall be released to the appellant on completion of necessary formalities.

In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
