By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.114/2016 under Sections 406/420/34 IPC registered at PS Parliament Street, on the complaint of respondent No.2 on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, parties have entered into a settlement and part payment has already been made by the petitioners to respondent No.2. He states that the final payment will be made by the end of October, 2018. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 affirms the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners thus seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR in W.P.(CRL) 2196/2016

question on the basis of settlement.
