1. Learned counsel for both the parties state, in the presence of the authorized representatives of the parties, that inter se the disputes that form the subject matter of the present petition have been settled by virtue of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th February 2015, a copy of which has been placed on record.

2. It is stated that since the awarded amount has been adjusted, nothing survives in the present petition. There will be no further claim by any of the parties stemming from the impugned award.
