After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that none of the parties will have any claim against each other in terms of the Award dated 13.3.2014 passed by the Arbitrator. Also, none of the parties will have any claim against each other arising out of the agreement dated 18.7.2009 between the parties.

Whatever rights parties had against each other already stand adjusted/paid in terms of the Award dated 13.3.2014 and which will bind the parties except that as of today no claim remains of any of the parties against the other. Respondent will also FAO No.398/2016

withdraw his review petition filed in FAO No.321/2016. 2.
