% 05.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23rd March, 2016 whereby respondent no 3 was directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner with respect to his request for up-gradation of PCO booth and pass a reasoned order in accordance with the order dated 13th February 2015 passed in W.P (C) 1419/2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the aforesaid direction, respondents have till date not disposed of petitioner's representation.
Learned counsel for respondents-AIIMS, who appears on advance notice, states that hearing in the present case has been fixed for tomorrow. He also assures and undertakes to this Court that a reasoned order shall be
passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
The statement/undertaking given by learned counsel for respondentsAIIMS is accepted by this Court. Respondent-AIIMS is also directed to file a status report within a period of one week thereafter.
In the event of non-compliance of aforesaid undertaking, the petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the present contempt petition. With the aforesaid observations, present petition and application stand disposed of.
