The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Saket Courts (South-East) on 08.03.2017. As there is no appearance on behalf of the decree holder or its counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice (without process fee) to the decree holder as well as its counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
