O R D E R

% 09.11.2016 The learned counsel for the parties states that the disputes inter-se the parties have been settled in terms of an agreement dated 19.09.2016 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). A report from the DHCMCC has also been received to the aforesaid effect. The settlement agreement dated 19.09.2016 arrived at between the parties is lawful.

The parties pray that the suit be decreed in terms of the said settlement. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. Let the decree sheet be drawn up. The settlement agreement dated 19.09.2016 shall also form part of the decree.

The Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of the Court Fees to the plaintiff.
