% 03.02.2017 CS(OS) 3197/2011 Learned counsels for the parties have admitted that the SLP filed by the defendant herein before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has been dismissed vide order dated 25.11.2016. They have further submitted that since the value of the present suit is less then Rs.1 crore, therefore the same needs to be transferred to concerned South West District having pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to South West District, Dwarka Court Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the said Court on 28.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m.
