Vide order dated 12.2.2015, the learned Joint Registrar has placed the case before the Court with an observation that none has been appearing for the plaintiff for the past two dates and nor has the counsel for the plaintiff filed the ex parte affidavit by way of evidence. 2.

On 16.3.2015, as lawyers were abstaining from appearing in the Court, no adverse orders were passed in the suit and the case was simply adjourned for today. Yet again, none is present for the plaintiff, nor has an affidavit by way of evidence been filed. 3.

It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J APRIL 17, 2015/sk
