% 05.05.2015 Address of the petitioner has been verified.

As per status report, mother of petitioner is 85 years old and suffering from various ailments. By present writ petition, petitioner seeks parole to meet his ailing mother and also to maintain social ties. On earlier occasion, petitioner was released on parole and on completion of parole period, he surrendered in jail. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to parole once in a year in order to blend himself in the main stream of the society.

Accordingly, petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of

the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to SHO of the concerned police station once a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10:00 am. Petitioner shall also not leave territorial bounds of Delhi and on completion of parole period, he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
