% 12.10.2017 The present appeal was admitted vide order dated 20.07.2011. During the pendency of appeal the appellant had filed an application for seeking substituted service of respondent No. 2, however, director of the appellant company, i.e., Mr. Ashok has expired. Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that he has no instructions from any of the legal representatives of the deceased director of the appellant to contest the appeal. Admittedly, the director of the appellant company has died about six months back. Since the period specified for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased has expired, therefore, the appeal is disposed of as abated.
