% 12.01.2016 Mr. Mukul Talwar, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no instructions have been received from the petitioner.

It is informed that the petitioner is missing and the habeas corpus petition has been filed.

Since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and no instructions have been given to the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Mr. Raghvinder Verma, learned APP submits that the terms and conditions of the settlement recorded before the Mediation Centre have not been complied with by the petitioner. The interim protection granted on 26.09.2014 stands withdrawn.
