O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 167/2018 This is an application under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreement dated 28.05.2012. Learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the prayer made in the petition is granted.

Having perused the contents of the petition as also taking note of the no objection expressed by the respondent, the time for making of the Award is extended by a period of 3 (three) months w.e.f. 01.08.2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms and with no order as to cost.
