% 10.09.2018 Claiming to be aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge, who rejected the appellant's objections, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (hereafter as 'the Act'), M/s P.K.S. Ltd. has approached this court under Section 37. The dispute that was referred to the arbitration, pertained to interpretation of the terms of a contract entered into between the appellant (which was the transporting contractor) and the National Co-operative Consumers Federation (NCCF). The contract was pursuant to an invitation to tender for supply of quantity of Parboiled rice under the World Food Programme. The contract was entered into on 03.08.2001; the PKS Ltd. had initially quoted a rate of US$168 per MT. The rates were further negotiated and a FAO(OS) 152/2017
