% 31.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioners who are major and have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of family members of petitioner No.1 seek protection. Respondent Nos.3 and 9, the father and mother of the petitioner No.1 respectively are present in Court and state that the petitioner No.1 is a major and since she is married of her own free will, they will not interfere in her happy married life.

In view of this statement of respondent Nos.3 and 9, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioners does not press the present petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
