% 27.07.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for the respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 Ms.Ritu is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by SI Sunil of police station Fatehpur Beri. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide compromise deed dated 09.07.2018 and she has no objection in case FIR No.250/2018 under section 354/323/506/509/ IPC registered at police station Fatehpur Beri, which is at the investigation stage is quashed

against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No.250/2018 under section 354/323/506/509 IPC registered at police station Fatehpur Beri, which is at the investigation stage is quashed.
