Vide order dated 20.01.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

Registry is directed to return the entire amount deposited by the petitioner vide order dated 29.10.2018 along with interest to the petitioner subject to identity and for that purpose petitioner shall appear before the Registrar General....." 2.

Subsequent thereafter vide order dated 12.02.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

In view of reasons mentioned in last order, the application is allowed and order dated 20.01.2025 is modified to the extent that the amount deposited by petitioner vide order dated 29.10.2018 alongwith interest be released to Shri Anil Kumar Mittal on behalf of the petitioner firm and in this regard Shri Anil Kumar Mittal shal appear before Registrar The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. As per office report, an amount of ₹.9,00,000/- is lying deposited in the shape of FDR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount lying deposited in this case may be released to Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal alongwith accrued interest in terms of the aforesaid orders passed by the Hon'ble Court. He further submits that Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal, is also present in the court and he is ready to give his statement qua release of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest in terms of the aforesaid orders passed by the Hon'ble Court. Statement of Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal is recorded separately today in the court and he has also been identified by his counsel. 4.

In view of the aforesaid orders passed by the Hon'ble Court and also keeping in mind the statement of Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal given today in the court qua release of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest to him, I find no impediment in releasing the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest to Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal. Accordingly, Registrar (B&A) is directed to remit the amount to the bank account of Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal, directly in his bank account, the details of which is given in his statement, in terms of orders dated 20.01.2025 and 12.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court after due verification.
