Crl.M.C. 2682/2016 Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present petition has been filed by five petitioners and petitioner no.1 is not actually present and petition qua petitioner no.1 has been filed through his attorney. Counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file the petition on behalf of petitioner nos.2 to 5 separately.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
