% 14.08.2018 According to the learned counsel for the parties, the lis has been settled for an amount of Rs.16.5 lacs. Of which Rs.8 lacs had already been paid and Rs.4 lacs has been paid today by way of an FDR dated 22.05.2018 drawn on HDFC Bank, in favour of their minor daughter, Kumari Samaira Sharma. The remaining amount of Rs. 4.5 lacs is to be paid at the time of quashing of FIR bearing No.26/2012 registered at Police Station Mahendra Park, Delhi. It is submitted that the matrimony between the parties has ended by way of a Divorce Decree passed in October, 2014 by the Family Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

In view of the settlement, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition has become infructuous and he would like to withdraw it.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
