1. Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to file amended memo of parties in terms of para 11 of order of Hon'ble Court dated 07-2-2020.
2. Let the needful be done.
3. Ld. counsel for Interim Board of Trustees (IBT) place on record the list of documents (running in 8 pages) which are to be supplied to the plaintiff in terms of para 13 of order of Hon'ble Court dated 07-22020.
4. Ld. counsel for IBT handed over the cheque books as detailed in page no. 1 & 2, the documents as detailed in page no. 3 and 8 FDRs & a black diary as detailed in page 4 of the list of documents. Ld. counsel
for plaintiff confirmed that he has received all these documents as detailed in page no. 1 to 4 in list of documents placed on record by Ld. counsel for IBT.
5. Ld. counsel for IBT submitted that on 15-2-2020, the documents as detailed in page no. 5,6,7 & 8 of list of documents have already been handed over to erstwhile Secretary Mr. Arjun Kumar by Mr. Ajit Singh Maker. Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to confirm this fact from the plaintiff.
6. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submitted that erstwhile Secretary of Interim Board of Trustees have to give NOC for change of the signature in the bank account of the Trust.
Ld. counsel for IBT states that needful shall be done in this regard.
7. Further, in terms of direction, as given in para 14 of order of Hon'ble Court dated 07-2-2020, the sealed cover envelop bearing no. 3895 having title deed is handed over to the Ld. counsel for plaintiff, who opened the sealed envelope and found a sale deed of 18-07-2011 qua property bearing no. NH1 Community Centre, New Friends Colony, New Delhi-110068. The said sale deed is kept by the plaintiff. At request, list this matter on 04-3-2020.
