O R D E R

% 28.03.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, state in unison, that the underlying dispute that led to the institution of the present petition has been amicably settled by and between the parties with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms and conditions of the settlement are enshrined in the Settlement Agreement dated 21.03.2017. The Settlement Agreement dated 21.03.2017 entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement dated 21.03.2017, without demur.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company states that the post dated cheque furnished to the petitioner in furtherance of the said Settlement Agreement dated 21.03.2017 shall be duly honoured on presentation. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same in the event the respondent-company breaches any of the terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 21.03.2017.

Leave and Liberty granted
