W.P.(C) 6565/2016 & CM 26927/2016 (for interim directions) The primary grievance of the petitioner is that they have written various letters but the Registrar, Cooperative Societies has not responded and replied. Our attention is drawn to the letter dated 07.09.2012 written by Delhi Development Authority - R2 to the effect that DDA allots land to the societies on receipt of recommendations from the office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies in terms of seniority of registration number and subject to the availability of land.

The present writ petition will be treated as a representation and appropriate written reply will be given by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner, if aggrieved or has reservation/objection, will be at liberty to take action, in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
