% 14.12.2016 Crl.M.A. No.19348/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the petitioner and the respondent No.2 to seek early disposal of the case in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2 in mediation. Along with the application, the settlement arrived at in mediation before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi has been placed on record. Respondent No.2 is present in Court. She is identified by her counsel, who has tendered her vakalatnama in Court today. Her affidavit in support

of the application is also on record. She states that she has arrived at a settlement out of her own free will and that she has settled the disputes with the petitioners and does not wish to pursue her complaint any further. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
