% 07.12.2017 The parties have settled the disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They have signed a settlement agreement dated 04.09.2017. The settlement agreement is also signed by the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Mediator. The terms of the settlement are legal and valid. As per the settlement agreement, the present case shall be withdrawn in terms of the settlement binding the parties to the settlement. The suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Parties shall remain bind by the terms and conditions in the settlement agreement.
