% 29.07.2016 In view of the settlement arrived at between the husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) and more particularly, the fact that their marriage has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent dated 16th July, 2016 and entire settled amount has been paid to the respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 130/13 under Sections 498-A/323/325/34 IPC registered at police station Begum Pur and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
