% 23.01.2017 Status report has been filed. The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek correction/modification of the previous conviction/involvement report regarding the petitioner issued by SCRB, Delhi/respondent No.2, and to delete/remove the wrong entry made therein. The said previous conviction/involvement report prepared by SCRB shows the involvement of the petitioner in three cases, including, in case FIR No. 105/2001 registered at police station Kasna, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, under Section 307 IPC. Ms. Rao submits, on instructions, that the said entry was incorrectly made inadvertently and the same already stands deleted and on that premise, the petitioner has already been released on furlough. She has tendered in

Court the nominal roll of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner was released on furlough on 28.12.2016 for a period of two weeks which expired on 11.01.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of in view of the stand taken by respondents.
