% 13.03.2020 During the course of hearing, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the respondent no. 4 has already retired and that the petitioner was doing menial job on contractual basis, the respondent nos. 1 to 3 may consider giving fresh contractual employment to the petitioner on sympathetic grounds. Mr. Bhardwaj, ld. counsel for the respondents on his part joins for the purpose.
Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances and in view of the aforegoing submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioner and dispose it off as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within eight weeks from today. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
