1. This is a petition filed by the Petitioners under Section 11 (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 („Act‟) against the Respondent seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

2. Mr. Brij Bhushan Solanki, learned counsel appears on behalf of the Respondent and states that they have no objection to the appointment of an Arbitrator by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Court appoints Mr. Justice Vikramajit Sen, a former Judge of the Supreme Court, residing at B-104/6, 2nd Floor, Western Avenue, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi - 110065 as a sole Arbitrator to

adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter claims. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed in the matter, including fixing fix his terms and fees, consistent with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended with effect from 23rd October 2015.
