% 07.03.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a petition challenging the impugned order dated 7th December, 2010 by Ravinder Kumar Adlakha, son of the petitioner.

In case a petition challenging the order dated 7th December, 2010 is filed by Ravinder Kumar Adalakha, it will be for the court concerned to consider whether the petition is maintainable as per law. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
