% 04.11.2016 Respondent nos.3 to 5 are present with their counsel, who has tendered his vakalatnama in court and the same is taken on record. Respondent nos.3 to 5 states that they have no objection or grievance with the marriage of the petitioners, and that they have accepted the said marriage. They have also given an assurance to the court that they shall not cause any harm to the petitioners or pressurise or coerce petitioner no.1 on account of her marriage with petitioner no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the educational and other certificates of petitioner no.1 are in the custody of respondent no.3/ mother. Respondent no.3, who is present in court, states that she has destroyed all
such documents. It will be open to the petitioner to obtain copies whereof from the concerned authorities.
Petition stands disposed of in view of the assurance given by respondent nos.3 to 5, which shall continue to bind them. VIPIN SANGHI, J NOVEMBER 04, 2016 sr
