After arguments, the present appeal is disposed of with the following consent order:- (i) At present, the respective trademarks of the plaintiff/respondent and appellant/defendant are as under:-

(ii) It is agreed that the appeal is disposed of by ordering that the appellant/defendant will double the size of the font of the expression "Palladium"

in the appellant's/defendant's trademark and accordingly the impugned order dated 10.6.2016 will be taken as having been set aside.

(iii) The present order will operate till the disposal of the suit, but this consent order is without prejudice to the respective rights and contentions of the parties in the suit and which will be decided in accordance with law.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 3.
