This petition involves service disputes between the employer and the employee, with the employer being Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD). Accordingly, this Court would not have jurisdiction as original jurisdiction will be of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. 2.

Instead of dismissing the petition, at the request made on behalf of the petitioner, this petition is transferred for decision to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. 3.
