O R D E R
% 05.09.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole for three months on the ground of filing SLP in the Supreme Court. A perusal of his nominal roll shows that petitioner has suffered incarceration for about six years. Address of the petitioner has been verified by the State. Jail conduct of the petitioner is also satisfactory. It is trite to say that every convict has a right to avail all legal remedies as may be available to him upto the highest forum. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner
shall report to the SHO of police station Geeta Colony once in 10 days on Mondays at 10:00 am.
On completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned for compliance.
