O R D E R

% 28.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months on the ground that she intends to file special leave petition in the Supreme Court and to re-establish the social ties with family members and society. Address of Sonepat, Haryana of petitioner has been verified.

Petitioner is in incarceration for more than 9 years.

It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to pursue legal remedies available to him/her upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice.

Learned additional standing counsel submits that petitioner had misbehaved with the canteen staff on 2nd October, 2015 and was punished by the Jail authorities vide order dated 29th October,

2015.

It may be noted that incident happened about one year ago. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to SHO PS Kanjhawala once in a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:30 am and give her contact number to the SHO. After completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
