% 17.10.2016 Petitioner was on furlough from 9th March, 2016 to 30th March, 2016. He was again on parole on 2nd April, 016 to 30th April, 2016. By this writ petition, petitioner again seeks parole on the ground that his son has to undergo surgery for rectification of deformity in his legs. On 15th September, 2016 petitioner was directed to provide the date of surgery. Date of surgery has not been provided. Petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
