% 21.01.2016 I.A. No.25617/2015 ( u/s 151 CPC, by petitioner for seeking modification of order dated 16.04.2015) The present petition was disposed of by order dated 16th April, as the parties have settled their disputes.

The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking modification of the said order dated 16th April, 2015 to the extent of directing the Bombay Stock Exchange, New Delhi to return/release an amount of Rs.29,17,000/- along with interest accrued on the said amount to the petitioner/applicant instead of National Stock Exchange, Mumbai.

Notice of the application has been served upon the respondent. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection. Ordered accordingly.

The application is disposed of.
