% 22.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction purported to have been carried out by respondent No. 2 at A-1211, Jahangirpuri. This is on the second floor and third floor. Submission is that this construction is illegal and unauthorized. The petitioner is the owner of the ground floor. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put in his appearance. She has drawn attention of this Court to the order passed by the ATMCD dated 23.05.2016 wherein respondent No. 2 (Kamla, owner of the first floor and the second respondent in the instant case) had filed an appeal against the demolition order passed by respondent No. 1. The ATMCD vide its order dated 23.05.2016 had set aside the demolition order noting that it is bad in the eye of law. Respondent No. 1/NDMC was granted liberty to issue a fresh show cause notice detailing all unauthorized construction and

to take action in accordance with law. This order is dated 23.05.2016. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that all actions (in terms of the order passed by the ATMCD) shall be taken in accordance with law within a time bound manner and intimation of the action taken shall be informed to the petitioner. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
